SWL蝸輪絲杠系列升降機(JB/T8809-1998)

1、概述
蝸輪螺桿升降機,是通過蝸輪傳動螺桿完成提升、下降、推進、翻轉等功能,是一種基礎起重部件,已列為JB/T8809-1998標準。廣泛地用于機械、冶金、水利、化工、醫療、文化、衛生等各個行業,具有結構緊湊、體積小、重量輕、安裝方便、使用靈活、可靠性好、穩定性高、使用壽命長等優點,可以用電動機或其它動力直接帶動,也可以手動。本系列蝸輪螺桿升降機可以自鎖,承載能力0.5t--200t,最高輸入轉速1500r/min,最大提升速度2.7m/min,有不同的結構型式和裝配方式,工作環境溫度在-20--100℃之間,提升高度按用戶要求制造。
本公司為提高SWL系列蝸輪螺桿升降機的效率和承載能力,特采用具有國內先進水平的圓弧齒圓柱蝸桿,制定了特殊的先進的工藝來提高升降機的綜合性能,以滿足廣大客戶的要求。
2、型式
2.1 結構型式
1型—蝸輪與螺桿為螺紋聯接,
2型—蝸輪與螺桿為鍵聯接,螺桿上配螺母。
2.2 裝配型式
升降機每種結構型式又分為兩種裝配型式:
1型結構型式有兩種裝配型式:
A型:螺桿工作端在上;
B型:螺桿工作端在下;
2型結構型式有兩種裝配型式:
A型:螺桿工作端在上,螺母上頂或下拉;
B型:螺桿工作端在下,螺母下壓或上拉;
2.3 螺桿頭部型式
1型結構型式螺桿頭部分為Ⅰ型(圓柱型)、Ⅱ型(法蘭型)、Ⅲ型(螺紋型)和Ⅳ型(扁頭型)四種型式(見圖1);
2型結構型式螺桿頭部分為Ⅰ型(圓柱型)和Ⅲ型(螺紋型)兩種型式(見圖2)。
2.4 傳動比
升降機蝸輪蝸桿傳動分為兩種傳動比,即普通(P)和慢速(M)。
2.5 螺桿的防護
1型升降機螺桿的防護分為:基本型、防旋轉型(F)和帶防護罩型(Z);
2型升降機螺桿的防護分為:基本型和帶防護罩型(Z);
